Machine Features:
1. The design is simple and generous, the machine surface is rust prevention and anti-water.
2. Using frequency converter to control speed, PLC control.
3. Bottle-clamping system adopts frequency converter speed control and PLC control.
4. Bottle-pressing mechanism adopts mechanical synchronous transmission, with high transmission accuracy.
5. All controls can be operated on the touch screen, simple.
6. Conveyor belt is conveying chain, guardrail adjustable.
7. The conveyor belt of the standard machine is controlled by a frequency converter to ensure the stability of running bottles.
8. Compatible with flat bottles labeling and round bottles labeling. Don't have to replace any parts for different bottles

Specification:

Training:
Our company takes responsibility for technical training. Training contents include equipment structure, maintenance and equipment operation.Our company will dispatch qualified technologists to do the training.And the training will take place at buyer's plant. After which, trainee will get skills of operation and maintaining.As well as the capability of adjusting process and handling different situations.(Remarks:Training expense is not included in the quotation)

Quality assurance:
1. The seller guarantee that the equipment provided is completely new,unused,manufactured with the newest design and suitable material.And quality, configuration, and performance requirements of the contract are met in every respect.
2. The seller guarantees that after being guided with correct installation and commissioning,the equipment will achieve technical performance indicators within 3 days of running.
3. Within the provisions of the warranty period, the seller should be responsible for defects or failure in performance because of design, technology, manufacturing, installation, commissioning,or material.
4.Warranty time is 12 months after acceptance of product line.If it is found within warranty time that quality or specification of the goods is not conformity with contract provisions, or defects(latent defects or substandard material), the buyer shall put forward a solution to seller within warranty time, in accordance with the inspection certificate issued by legal corroboratory department.
5.The seller guarantees mechanical performance and quality and consumption index of the equipment provided.

Warranty:
1. During warranty time,the seller will provide buyer with free parts for replacing spare part defects caused by reason of seller.
2.After warranty period,we will provide favourable technical support and after-sale service.
