2.Automatic Rinsing-filling-capping 3-in-1 Machine
2.1 Specification:
The filling machine is used for aluminium pop cans,tin cans,and plastic cans filling and capping,which divides into hot filling and carbonated filling.It has many advantages like good sealing quality,stable operation,elegant appearance,easy to operate and maintain and speed regulation of produce-seed. We could configure long-distance control system as per customer's needs.So its the best choice for beer and beverage factories.

2.3 Light inspection equipment:
This equipment is equipped on the line to check whether there is any sundries in the product. The main structure consists of the inspection lamp and the stainless steel body and plexiglass cover. Nos of lamp:3; Power consumption:3.3W; Material: stainless steel.
2.4 Bottle Dryer(Extra cost):
After the bottle capping and lamp inspection, the bottle dryer will dry bottles before labeling. Installing 2 sets of air knife on the conveyor belt before labeling system .The turbine fan provides wind source,then the vortex pump generates pressured air. The pressured air becomes air knife after passing the air knife mouth, and then formed high-speed air curtain. The air curtain will blow bottles from top to bottom on from 2 side of bottles. Water will be blown off the bottles. So as to ensure bottles with dry body before labeling.
Characteristic:
1). High speed wind blowing leads to wind tunnel effect, enhancing and maintaining high wind speed, so that the water is easier to be blown away.
2). The wind produced by the vortex gas pump is a warm air (which can increase 10-20 degrees C), and the effect of drying can be strengthened.
3). The wind grooves can be easily adjusted according to different diameter and height of the bottles, so that the efficiency is better and the adjustment is easier.
4). 304 stainless steel style grooves.

1.Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine YC-4000 :
1.1 Main Features of YC-4000:

7). We choose Japanese SMC cylinder, pneumatic components and solenoid valves, which are provided by German BOSCH and Japanese SMC. It has high sensitivity, fast switching speed, low failure rate, and safe and reliable operation.
8). Air road design action and blowing are divided into two parts to meet the needs of the bottle blowing and the action of different air pressure, and to realize the high pressure blow products.
9). The use of hyperbolic elbow and main connecting rod hinge mechanism has strong clamping force and stable and reliable action.
10). Mode moving part adopts the linear guide rail, which has the advantages of good steel and light speed.
